FPM Milano offers a 30-day return policy for all unused luggage and travel accessories, provided they are returned in their original packaging with all security tags intact. We are committed to ensuring your Italian-crafted travel gear meets the highest standards of luxury and durability.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the item in its original FPM Milano protective dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all protective films and locks are in their original state.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
